Acco Management misrepresented a $650 deposit I paid to them as a "holding deposit" and kept my money, even though I never even moved into their building. They manage many properties in the Bay Area, including Hillsborough Plaza Apartments in San Mateo, so be careful not to do business with them. I filed a complaint through the BBB but it does not show up on their entry, as if they have never had a complaint. In short, they kept my money, though they never provided me any service whatsoever. What kind of company does business like this? There are many complaints about them on other sites. My advice is to never do business with them.
