DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GOONS! THEY ARE ALL LIARS FROM THE TIME THEIR LIPS BEGIN TO MOVE! PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP OFFSHORE JUNK AND SHIPPING PROMISES MEAN NOTHING. WARRANTY IS NON-EXISTENT. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My first experience was in 2007 and the saga continues to this day.I got suckered with their pitch on high quality air hoses that would be shipped freight free and did not need to be paid for until I was 100% satisfied----all lies. There was $60 freight and the invoice almost beat the hoses to the mailbox.I thought---oh well-maybe I will just suck it up this time and move on. As it turned out the hoses were junk and the first one I sold in my parts store came back in a week with multiple "hernias" I forwarded an email to Ace with pics asking for warranty.As expected I had no response.Eventually they did call-----but not about the hoses.They had another super deal for me on high quality military grade drill bits.Although it wasn't mentioned I believe the marine corp uses them as ship anchors in large quantities, since that is likely all they are good for (military grade).When I asked about the defective hose issue I was assured the hose was covered under warranty and I would be getting a complete replacement order of hoses. HUH? I was only asking for one hose, so now the red flag started to appear in the corner of my eye.The only thing was I had to agree to place another order since this salesman was being so kind to me and looking after me so well.That's about the time I lost my cool.I informed him I had no intention of placing another order until the hose issue was resolved.At that point he became really pushy and obnoxious.OK---the gloves are officially off and I am hot.I told him to shove his air hoses where the sun don't shine and to never call me again---ever. Nope----to this day they continue to call.It always starts the same way and always ends the same way.I have asked likely 20 or 30 times over the past 4 years for them never to call me again. I had a call about three weeks ago and as usual I lost it and said "Do you not get it? I will never buy from you again and you are a crooked bunch of lying bastards" The salesman informed me I was not a very nice person and had bad language.I told him to put me on their "do not call" list.He graciously agreed and I thanked him. (Remember these guys are not that sharp and need constant reminders)I thought finally that would be it with these goons.Nope----The account manager called me about 10 days ago and greeted me with the usual southern drawl of "How y'all doin" buddy". As usual I said ("Do you never catch on?)Well---he said--I noticed you are on a do not call list and I was just wondering how that's workin' out for ya!!! HUH? After asking just how he was I broke into my usual rage and told him everything I had told every one of them over the last four years. I ended this exchange with more S/T instructions and he informed me I had very bad language.Today Oct 27/2011 I had another call from old buddy John at Ace industrial.(so much for do not call list).Unfortunately I was with a customer and couldn't provide him with the previous instructions although I really wanted to.I will continue to post here every single time I get a call from these goons and it will never be pretty Ace.So-----just stay away from me and lose my number. ZERO STARS By the way David ----there is no need for you to provide some arrogant meaningless response to this post.I have read your shallow responses to other complaints and I get the feeling you are the head instructor for your sales team...........End this fiasco by never calling me again!

your experience sound terrible. I would need more information to assist you. I have attempted to send you a message but have had no response. In order to see what has happened and fix any kind of problems that you state we have caused, please contact me so I can investigate the claim. Why we would not replace a defective hose is beyond my comprehension. I would like to help you, end this issue and if it is Ace Industrial Supply, I would like to find the parties involved.
