Recently we installed an air conditioning and heating unit with an air cleaner in our residence. We chose Air Concepts because of the over 20 years experience, the top brand of American Standard (rated #1 with Consumer Report), and "Check out the State Contractor's License Board & the Better Business Bureau". It sounded like a solid company and customer oriented. We called Air Concepts and made an appointment with Kelly. We were very impressed wit her presentation and knowledge on air conditioning and heating that would fit our home. We purchased the system and scheduled installation right then.
