Exceeded My Expectations

After seeing the negative reviews I felt obligated to provide a more balanced picture since my experience with Beyond Solutions was a good one and they actually exceeded my expectations.
I had developed a fairly complicated system for auctioning off financial products. I put what I had into an excel spreadsheet along with all formulas etc. I asked Beyond Solutions if they could modify their Visual Auction software to do what I needed. After some discussion they seemed to understand my needs so I gave them a deposit and they started the work.
Not only was the programmer knowledgeable about the auction software (which I expected) but also was able to understand my idea which was fairly complicated. During the development I was always "in the loop" and given frequent updates. Beyond Solutions took my "lowly" spreadsheet and morphed it into a dynamic auction system that made my idea a reality. I was able to use the new software to get investment capital so that I could proceed with my vision. I guess no company is perfect but for me I was very happy with the result I got.
