I received an estimate from Stan, the owner, which I like dealing with the owner. Even though I did not use him for my roof repairs, I would have but he originally was 20% higher in his quote even though he offered to match my lowest price. I felt he is honest and trust worthy. I requested a quote from him because he had just finished doing a complete reroof job on my brother's house, which he did for a very reasonable price, a very good job, and quickly done.
