I have now done business with Budget Blinds twice in the last few years, and this second time is becoming a repeat of the first time I did business with this company.There are no informational calls about delays, unless I do the calling! If... my calls are taken, I am given one excuse after another. Appointments are made delayed and then canceled leaving me with lost income an frustration.Surprisingly, I am recommending this company because for the quality of the workmanship. However, if you use this company it may be best to get an installation date that is that is reasonable but does not exceed a given deemphasize without some sort of penalty. Also be prepared to have your installation date delayed, I was told, this Budget Blinds has only one installer and if he is delayed at the previous installation, you may wait home all day without getting you products installed.However, this company does perform the contracted work with a professional workman like manner and quality.I am giving this Budget Blinds only three stars for the following reasons: 1) The time it takes to complete a job is two to three times longer than the estimated time given. 2) When a problem or a delay occurs there is no contact unless you stay on top of everything.if the companies communications were improved and the delays were less significant, I would give them all five stars because my blinds look and work beautifully in my home.
