CPO can't fulfill orders
Ordered a mower through Buy.com and it was confirmed to be IN STOCK at time of order. A week later I had to track down CPO through Buy.com to find out that the mower was actually out of stock with no firm ship date. Not only did NO ONE at CPO bother to email or contact me to this fact, they were no help at all with finding a solution other than to say sometimes they just get too many order through many resellers LAME LAME LAME. This borders on deceptive practices taking orders, indicating in-stock status, then tying up the consumer’s funds on the expectation that the product is in route without indicating otherwise! TO CPO PRES ROB TOLLESON: You are in the wrong business if you call yourselves a fulfillment operation and you can't even track your own inventory and follow up with your resellers and customers in a timely manner. NEVER AGAIN Just do a search on this company and complaints before you trust them with your order.
