There is an account supervisor Linda S. I wanted to complain on her incompetence. She gave 100% incorrect information about my payments towards promotions. I wanted to pay off my promo to avod charges of accumulated defferred interest, and she told me that if I don't pay my full credit card balance off, there is nothing I can do to avoid financial charges. I knew that was completely wrong and against the term and conditions.
I called next day and spoke with another senior supervisor George that locates in Orlando. Thank you George! He explained to me all my opions and even more! He told me that Chase will launch Blue Print program on September 15 when I can direct my payments to anyway I want to. He wa sooooo competen and knowledgeable. I appreciate him a lot. Will never deal with Linda again.
So if you have any problems speak wit senior spervisor George.
