We were very grateful to get the opportunity to work alongside Sam over the past few months. Initially our engagement and scope were only for a few weeks. However, after we witnessed what Sam and his team accomplished, we extended it. He helped us totally reorganize our company and shift our overall organization structure into company divisions. This may not sound like a big deal but it was a gamechanger for us. To date it is one of the most beneficial changes we have made since opening our doors a decade ago. He also helped us revamp our invoicing and in house accounting work flow. We utilize outside vendors for payroll and other things but our invoicing was a nightmare. He helped us hire on new people to pick up some of the admin slack which would free me up to do more high value activities. We not would have no issue with working with Sam in the future we would actually welcome.
