No compassion or communication

I called them to handle my brother James Arnold's death. I filled out the paperwork online. I was told his body was on hold at IU for 24 hours for organ donation which was fine. They said they would call me when they picked him up. They never called. I called four times asking where he was and was told someone would call me back. They never called. A week later, I got a call that he is ready. I went to get him and a man asked me for my ID. I gave it to him. He came back the door with my brothers ashes, two necklaces, paper work, and my ID balanced in one hand. I almost dropped everything as he shut the door. Handed me my brother like he was trash. Zero communication or compassion.
