These sample fees and dentist listings are provided to us directly from each plan network and are continuously being updated. We strongly recommend that you confirm the discounted fees and the dentist’s participation in the plan before receiving any services from that provider, as noted in our Member’s Agreement.
DentalPlans.com can confirm if the contracted discount rates were honored for your specific treatment. Please fax or mail us a copy of your dental bill and this information will be confirmed with the plan network directly.
