I joined DentalPlans.com last July/10. I located a Dentist after checking out a couple in my area that didn't have any idea what this plan was about, although they are listed on DentalPlans.com referral list. I went for a teeth cleaning whereas it cost me $125.00. The amount I paid was in no way in alignment with the sample charges listed on DentalPlans.com.
I also referred an individual who is elderly of which I never received credit for my referral from DentalPlans.com. The individual (which will remain nameless) is not a happy person after a visit to her dentist as well(I am so embarrassed for referring her!)
The plan in itself is very vague and questionable. If you do, buyer beware.
There have been several negative complaints about this service and the BBB has rated them 'A+'. Why is this? As noted below the rating date is of 7/18/2002, nine (9) years ago!
