Dan Bray at Directors Financial Group did a fantastic job of getting my wife and I a loan at a great rate after a foreclosure. I cannot say enough about his services. Dan, told my wife and I what we needed to do to make the loan happen. There was no surprises and he was upfront with us. I was never in doubt that the loan would happen. I was hoping to get a home loan in the coming year,but Dan looked at our financials and our credit and said we could do this loan now. A 4.5 % loan after a foreclosure? Tell me how many lenders can do that for you. Dan is as honest as they come and I would reccomend him to anyone to is looking for a loan. Great service from a great person.
