In my hurry to prepare, pack and organize things, I forgot to find a cost effective moving company. I placed a request for moving quotes online, the first 3 calls I got were by unlicensed brokers, giving me a too good to be true price for a move I'd done
just a year back (although opposite direction). Next, Paul from Eco movers went through the details, gave just about the same price I'd gotten last time and as my contract was about to expire I paid the deposit after checking out their license and insurance
details. Pickup schedule was quickly coordinated and confirmed. Only 4 calls in total and a good price made it the smoothest move I've experienced
