Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I didn't know anything about my loan debt, interest or even who I was suppose to pay. She walked me through setting my fsa account up. I received a call back 20 min. later letting me know what my new payments would be and what program I would be placed in. If I didn't take the chance and call I would still be paying $675.33 a month for the next 25 years on graduate program. My new monthly payment is $88.12 for the next 10 years. If you plan on working in public service or non profit I recommend getting enrolled into Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
