Refi with Guild-Mark Malmberg

We requested refi quotes through Lending Tree and Mark Malmberg was the first to respond. Mark demonstrated the same level of responsiveness and initiative throughout the process. We were initially concerned with Mark handling our refi from another state, but we did not hear from the local Guild mortgage office. Over the length of the loan process, Mark repeatedly put this concern to rest.
