Look at the BBB page, they get an F. This is truly deserved. I bought a car for my daughter after the sales person my daughter knew called and said he had an awesome car for her. Great car, A 2003 Mustang convertible that broke down the next day. Within 6 months it needed a gas tank, the convertible top fixed, a new engine, several tows, a transmission, 4 new tires, two brake jobs, two rotor jobs, and it was in a major collision (which was not disclosed)
All they could say (when I finally got through the next day), "you don't have a warranty"
This is how the 5 star dealership treats their customers. What a joke.
A 5 star dealership with an F rating from the BBB. How hilarious. They will surely go out of business because they will not have any repeat customers.
They burned many customers and now they will get their repercussions. What is this called Karma? I have written to good old Mr. Hartzheim who doesn't respond, complained to the BBB and they don't respond, (found out they never respond), complained to the Attorney General, Gov. of CA.
Best thing that can happen is they go out of business. Paybacks are a you know what Mr. Hartzheim 5 star dealership.
