I signed up for a VPS account 4 days ago after a bad experience with web.com as they simply FAILED on all levels to simply fix a .mysql database problem for over 30 days! Anyway, I moved over to inmotionhosting and let me tell you I am more than pleased. #1, and most important besides uptime, is their customer support is AWESOME! I've had a few problems and questions I needed answered as I moved my entire site over to their VPS server and all of the guys I talked to over the phone and via chat were great. They solved my issues and were more than happy to do it. Makes you feel good to know you have a hosting company that actually cares about it's customers and doesn't treat you as just a number. Anyway, so far so good and I couldn't be more happy. - Dave
