Serious warnings to all of you out there: owners, renters and developers. Please by all means avoid these groups of con-artists. They never returns calls, never replies emails, no follow up whatoever, they can do anything without notify the involved indivisual possible. Once you signed a contract with them, they make all possible decisions for you without saying a word. They can get away with any trouble they creat unless you bring them to court. They are there to cheat money off those who involved with them by all means! They steal your money, post all sorts of weird charges on your account, not doing any necessary work, rent a place out without even telling the owner, leave property outdoor dirty and full of spider webs and weed while not hiring a gardener by charging HOA, laundry machine broken and never fixed, delayed on providing servicse for months and months while not telling anyone what the heck is going on. The list can go on and on...
