They did not stand behind their promise for fixing an appliance whose part was covered by the manufacturer warranty.
They will charge you for the visit and then for the work, even though they didn't disclose it before the service call was placed.
This means that in the end you will be better off buying a new appliance and not paying the same ammount for a fixed old one.
Then, if you call to complain, they will hide behind the 'missunderstanding', and you can kiss your 'service fee' good bye. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
Bad bussiness practice.
