I made the mistake back when Meade first came out with the lx200r. What a mistake on my part believing Meade's advertising claims. What a piece of crap.
Over $4000 spent and it still doesn't work right. It quit working only 2 months after getting it, so I sent it back to Irvine Ca or so I thought and 2 months later when it arrived at my house, it had " product of Mexico" stamped all over the shipping container. The meade big shots should be behind bars in a Mexican jail for their screwing over people for MILLIONS of $$$$ I now know why a lot dealers won't sell any Meade products any more. A friend of mine worked as a customer service rep when it was still in California and he tells me about some real horror stories. My life's dream
will be fulfilled when Meade goes bankrupt.....0000 stars
