I own several properties and have been tending to them myself. I had a hard to deal with tenant. I am getting to old for this and my brother recommended his manager. He was right. My Smart Lease was like a breath of fresh air. They took the properties, handled the unruly tenant with a quick eviction, then turned the property around in 8 days and had it re rented at a higher rate. They are easy to work with and I am glad I called. I would recommend to all of my friends and family!
