This place is a joke. I'm trying to get information concerning an order placed 10 days ago. I have put in requests to be contacted by email and/or phone several times. Their telephone tree is a waste-of-time-scam that just ends up hanging up on you.
I WILL be reporting them to the BBB and all other appropriate agencies in ALL appropriate states.
