Scam, horrible long distance / international provider - KEEP AWAY

Run as fast as you can from this company. I've used them for years on occasional international calls (2 or three calls per month). Their advertised rates are competitive and I did not pay attention much to how accurate their bill was, until around April
or May 2013, when I suspected that I did not call Egypt for that long, and started to review the bill against the VoIP phone company that keep tracks for all incoming and outgoing calls, and the result of the comparison was shocking. In average NuEra charged
me between 2 and 3 times the actual minutes that I made. I called them and spent 20 minutes on the phone to correct the bill and I was promised that this will not happen again, but it did happen in the very next month and the month after. Now I wanted to cancel
the service and get my $40 deposit back (I was stupid enough to pay $40 security deposit when I started using their service thinking I have a good deal). Since July 2013 until today November 21, 2013 they did not refund my money regardless of many promises
from their side. I would rate them zero stars if I can.
