A salesman phoned me, asking me to try a FREE one month supply of RezV, which is an antioxidant commonly known as resveratrol, made from grape extracts. The company also calls itself Fountain of Youth. I agreed to pay the $4 shipping. I specifically asked, and he specifically stated that there was no obligation to buy any more product, and that there would be no future shipments unless I ordered more.
Within 2 weeks after receiving the FREE trial, another package arrived. I brought it to the post office and refused to accept it. I did not open the package. It was returned to the company.
This company charged my credit card $90, and refuses to reverse the charges saying that I did not have their permission to return it! My credit card company is now taking up the battle to reverse the charges. As of this date, 2 months later, the matter is not resolved.
It's no wonder this company is rated "F". Beware of them.
