The saw itself was OK, but you really do need to purchase the additional blades etc...to get good potential use out of it. The infomercials show the saw being used with those added extras. The reps try there best to sell... I just didn't buy. Without buying the extras, we couldn't do what we needed. That's why I sent back. I wasn't prepared to spend all that extra money. I sent the saw back exactly as they instructed. In addition, I had to pay to ship it back because they did not provide a return shipping label. Twice on shipping fees for a saw I didn't keep! They didn't acknowledge my return until a week later when I called on a status. They told me 7-10 business days to receive, but it's been approx. a month and still no refund. So if you're considering buying and then decide you don't want it, be prepared to not see your money right away. And these days, every dollar counts!!!I suggest if you have to return, call the exact day its received and don't rely on them noting on your account it has been received.
