Very poor business practices. Dishonest and rude.
If you say anything negative about the club, prices, lounge condition to anyone, they revoke your membership with no justification. I'm not talking about talking nasty and mean, I mean if you say ANY little thing that Steve Besemer thinks is negative.
Extremely bad management.
