I moved into an apartment building managed by S.I.G. Property Management 6 months ago and I have been more than pleased with the friendly office staff as well as the building manager. When I first moved in, the manager was very attentive to my needs. I have lived in a handful of apartment buildings in my lifetime and I can say without hesitation that this management company is different from all of the rest. They actually care about their tenants and treat them with respect, unlike previous experiences I have had with past management companies.
I recommended renting from S.I.G. Property Management 100%. You will be glad you did.
