SMC has not kept their agreement of a lifetime membership to me!
I paid for the entire package in cash in the year of 2000 and I
have sent email after email trying to get my membership renewed,
but yet can not get anyone to respond at all. I paid nearly $400
for that membership and now they won't even contact me to renew it.
I notice they are rated a C now, they use to have a rating of an A+
I guess whoever the CEO is, he is not doing his job right. Then after
reading the other reviews maybe I don't need to renew it. Wow, SMC has
really went down hill, from when I did business with them 10 years ago.
