DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. I wish I had seen the past reviews before I stupidly chose them as my moving company. What should have been an easy move, turned into a huge nightmare. HIDDEN FEES galore. In the contract it says that if there
are any additional fees, the movers will notify us upon pick up. I was never notified of any extra fees at the time of my pick-up. They held my stuff hostage unless I paid an additional $500 of ridiculous fees that I was never made aware of. Customer service
is terrible. They act like it is your fault and there is nothing you can do about it unless I paid the amount. I was repeatedly told incorrect information. How are these people still in business? DO NOT USE THEM. They might sound like the cheapest bid initially,
but I assure you, after their crazy hidden fees, you could have easily used someone more reputable.
