Same as first review. Unable to reach some one on phone or email. o-lcd was the sub company I purchased from. After almost 3 weeks I received Item shipped direct from china even tho item ordered (laptop lcd) said in stock. Item I recieved is bad and unable to contact company to get replacement or money returned. Filed a dispute with BBB and a claim on my credit card bill but this takes between 1 to two months. Did get a email (at 6 weeks after order) saying will take care of me and to send them picture of part number sent to me. That was 5 days ago and no response and calling and email received no response. This company has none or very limited customer support. Would not recommend doing business with. I orginally check with better business and showed in good standing except for one claim. I figured this god but wish I had read the reviews before doing business. Phone either busy or no answer. o-lcd email returned not valid address and finally sent to sunvalleytek which was the company name used on my credit card charge.added. This company claims they never received RMA part which I sent by there request USPO with tracking. USPO records show they deliveried package. Now there saying to Credit card company that part never returned to them trying to draag this out. They never responded to BBB after my response to there never received part. BBB closed out this issue as no response from SUNvalleytek. They never lowered or changed the rating saying the system automaticly closes issue after no response for so many days.
