Refuse to cancel the account, charging credit card.
Explanation. Telehispanic claim that if the person call before the end of the month it can cancel for the next month. Then when the person calls at the end of the month, Telehispanic says the call had to be made before the 15th of the month. So in this way Telehispanic keeps prolonging the service against the clients wishes.
