From the moment i spoke with a representative it was a horrible experience. first off, a bill was not sent to me, but i received a phone call from a very unprofessional woman telling me that i was 4 days late on my first monthly payment. i tried to explain to her that i did not receive a bill but she didn't care she continued to tell me that my bill was 4 days behind and that i need to pay now. i kept my cool but it did seem as if she was trained to do so. i come from working at a place where customer service is number 1. i believe if this company could have taught/trained their employees to be a little more professional my experience on the phone with them wouldn't have been so unpleasant.
