I have had bad experiences with Lou as well I think Lou changed her name to Sally because of all the complaints. They have called my mother saying they went to school with me to gain contact information. They have called my job demanding to gain contact information. They have also called my apartment manager and left several messages for me I never moved since I had purchased the car and my cell phone number hasn't changed either. They have embarrassed me so much that I'm giving them there car back..I can't take it I always pay and am willing to talk to them whenever they reach me. I cant take this harassment anymore...AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
