I can't say anything about the calling as I called them from a newspaper ad. The woman I talked with to make the appointment was really friendly and funny. They came out a little early and waited politely while I finished my phone call. They gave me the lowest of the 3 bids I got. I also got a $200 Costco Card at the end.
I had windows installed. They suggested double pane as it would be more energy efficient and even gave me information about a rebate I didn't know about. The young man that came out was very friendly and informative. I called them again to do my paint job and look forward to positives results from that as well.
