We were looking to get FHA loan for our house. We tried local bank, wasted over a month but no response from the bank. We only had couple of weeks left close our escrow otherwise we were told the escrow deposit would be lost. One of my co-worker shared their experience with US lending. We already tried all options with our bank, so we decided to try this company out. We were reluctant to try out un-known lender for the loan because we were afraid to pay high fees and rates. But our experience with this company was amazing. The whole process was very smooth and fast. We got a great rate and there was no extra charges for our loan. We closed our escrow within the period. This company staff was very helpful and professional. We will highly recommend if you are looking for home mortgage.
