I had the worst experience with union telecom.. after signing up with them and giving my Credit card info. to the sales rep. he charged my cc the $39.50 we agreed on and he told me that i can cancel at anytime. i called an hour later to find out about a rate and the phone numbers listed won't take me anywhere , after several attempts finally someone answered and didn't know what he was talking about, i ask to speak to a manager but he said that no managers or supervisors are around now. i called again and again .. 3 different reps. with the same answer. later on that day i called and insisted to talk to a manager and some guy with a very poor communication skills and a nasty attitude answered me. i asked him to cancel my service and he said that they can't do it now, i asked him about what should i do to cancel and he didn't know what he was talking about and he was so rude that i asked him why is he talking like that and his response was "you are not our customer anymore". i hang up and called my credit card company to cancel the card and make a stop paymant. ... very bad experience!! if you don't believe me try calling their phone number listed in top of this page, it won't take you anywhere. its a scam to get your credit card info. plus charging you the "refundable $39.50".
