We have been long-time customers of Western Appliance and never had the problem we have now. On April 11, 2009 we visited the Blossom Hill location and purchased a Maytag washer and dryer. No stock was available, we had to go to the warehouse to pick up the dryer as it was needed immediately. We were told the washer would be in, in a week to 10 days. I have called at least weekly, am told they will look into it but the washer is not in yet. Nobody has ever called me back!! They have had my money for 4 weeks and not even a call. Additionally, their ads are deceptive. The seven cases of water being offered are only for certain models....

Western Appliance is so sorry for the inconvenience our customer experienced in waiting for the appliance to come into our warehouse. We have spoken to Sylvia and given her a discount due to the extended delay.
